Online Shopping

Simply click on your selection, check order quantity and then add to basket. When you have finished shopping click on checkout to be transferred to our Secure Payment Server. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please advise us immediately. If you order has already been dispatched we require notice of cancellation within 7 days of receipt of goods for us to offer you a full refund.

Do not under any circumstances e-mail your credit card details to Great Big Plants as transmitting your details by this method may not be secure.

Delivery

Stock permitting. standard delivery items are normally dispatched within 7-10 days of your order being accepted. Express delivery orders are dispatched within two working days subject to stock availability.

Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt for an immediate replacement or a full refund (minus postage costs). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
